**Terms & Conditions**
**1. Warranty:**
– All repairs performed by Apple Repair come with a 90-day warranty on both labor and parts.
– Within this period, we will repair or replace any faulty hardware at no cost to you, at our discretion.
– Standard labor rates apply to repairs and services beyond the initial 90-day warranty period.
**2. Responsibility:**
– Apple Repair is not liable for damages or costs resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse of electronic devices.
– Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
– We are not responsible for losses or complications resulting from electronic device failure or delays in repair.
**3. Covered Repairs:**
– Apple Repair warrants repairs against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period.
– Defective products within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
**4. Exclusions:**
– This warranty does not cover damages resulting from casualty, accident, misuse, neglect, alterations, improper installation, or other causes unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
– Preinstalled or bundled software is not covered under this warranty. Repair Tech is not liable for any damages resulting from defects in software.
**5. Data Storage:**
– It is the responsibility of the purchaser to back up any software programs, data, or information stored on any storage media before repair.
– Repair Tech is not liable for any alterations, deletions, modifications, or loss of data during warranty or repair service.
**6. Limited Liability:**
– Repair Tech Ltd is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or damages resulting from service, before, during, or after repair, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
– Our liability with respect to services, including any negligence, is limited to the contract price for the services.
**Pricing Policy**
**1. Refunds:**
– Refunds are based on the current selling price of the item at the time of return, not the purchase price.
– If the price has increased, the customer will be refunded the original selling price.
**2. In-store Returns:**
– For exchanges or returns within 7 days of purchase, all original packaging materials must be returned, and products must be in resalable condition.
– Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
– Products damaged or modified are not eligible for exchange, return, or warranty.
– Consumables are non-refundable, including printer ink cartridges, computer paper, CD/DVD media, software, and cables.
**3. Warranty Processing:**
– After 7 days from purchase, products can only be returned for warranty service, not exchange or refund.
– Our team will assist customers in processing warranties with the manufacturer or authorized distributor, provided items are within the warranty period and not physically damaged.
